6. High-Risk Uses Prohibited

You may not use the Service or any software obtained through the Service in connection with activities where malfunction could reasonably result in death, personal injury, or significant property or environmental damage (including, without limitation, life-support systems, emergency services, or critical infrastructure). You assume all risk for any such use.

7. Accounts (If Applicable)

If SoftLinks offers accounts or registration features:

• You agree to provide accurate, current information and keep it updated.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts at any time if we suspect misuse, fraud, security risks, or violations of these Terms.

• You represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to submit the User Content and that it is lawful and non-infringing.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• upload, distribute, promote, or link to malware, spyware, ransomware, adware, PUPs, or any harmful or deceptive software,
• attempt to bypass security, probe, scan, test vulnerabilities, or interfere with the Service’s operation,
• scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Service without our prior written consent,
• impersonate others, misrepresent affiliations, or manipulate reviews, rankings, or traffic,
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of any person or entity.

10. DMCA / Copyright Infringement Notice

SoftLinks respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Service to do the same. If you believe that any content or software made available through the Service infringes your copyright, you may submit a written copyright infringement notice that includes all of the following information:

The Service may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources. SoftLinks does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, policies, or practices. Accessing third-party sites is done at your own risk.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SoftLinks and its owners, affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees and legal costs) arising out of or relating to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you release SoftLinks and its affiliates from any claims, demands, and damages (actual and consequential), known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with disputes between you and any third party (including software publishers, advertisers, and other users).

16. Termination

SoftLinks may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including suspected violations, security risks, or legal exposure. Sections intended to survive (including disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, dispute provisions) shall survive termination.

17. Modifications to the Service

SoftLinks reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any part of it at any time without liability.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction (Israel)

These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed exclusively in accordance with the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

You irrevocably agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to the Service, these Terms, or any software obtained through the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Tel Aviv–Yafo, Israel, and you waive any objection based on venue, forum non conveniens, or similar grounds.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit rights that cannot be waived under mandatory applicable law; however, all limitations and exclusions shall apply to the fullest extent permitted under Israeli law.

19. Time Limitation on Claims

To the maximum extent permitted by law, any claim arising out of or related to the Service must be brought within one (1) year after the claim arises, or it shall be permanently barred.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement; No Waiver

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and SoftLinks regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
